How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who reaches Codebp Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Codebp Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Still, let us know too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Codebp Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Steps to File
Email contact@codebp.shop and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
